Who is Yumiko Ohtani?

Yumiko Ohtani is a nationally recognized cookbook author, restaurateur, caterer, artist, businesswoman, and health expert. The founder of the International Life Food Association, she lectures on grain-based cooking from her Yamagata farm and Tokyo café, shop, and banquet hall.

Major publications
As an author and supervise editor, she has published 12 books and contributed numerous articles to magazines.
